We value all forms of feedback whether verbal or written, as we strive to learn from your experiences with us. To this end we may occasionally canvass you to fill out a questionnaire relating to your experience with us and the general level of service we offer.
We take your concerns very seriously. If you have any concerns, you are welcome to raise this with any member of our team; although if your concerns specifically relate to your clinical care it is best to start with your clinician who will endeavour to resolve your complaint speedily.
Our practice manager and complaints manager are always on hand to guide you through the process of ensuring that your concerns are dealt with both speedily and effectively. We also have a full complaints policy, a copy of which is readily available from our reception team.
